Bless Back Worldwide has hundreds of opportunities to get involved in day-to-day operations of our ministry.  Wherever your passions and gifts lie, we try to be intentional about plugging you into a role that’s in your sweet spot.  Some examples of opportunities include social media communications, volunteer engagement, event planning, warehouse operations, finance, supply management, soliciting donations,  inventory control, coordinating non-medical ministries, logistics management, luggage coordinator, etc…  The opportunities are endless and the needs are great!

Throughout the year, we partner with Refugee Services and Project 658 to host free medical clinics to the large refugee community in the Charlotte area.   These people have fled severe religious and political persecution in their country’s of origin and now seek refuge in the United States.  Most come to the US bewildered, exhausted and unable to speak much (if any) English.   Through organizations like Refugee Services and Project 658, these people slowly learn their way around our American world.  They receive help enrolling their children in school, assistance in finding a job, and training on how to survive with very meager resources.   On a clinic day, it’s typical to see patients from 10-15 different countries, none of whom speak English  We try to provide medical, dental and vision services to these people and need doctors, dentists, optometrists, and non-medical volunteers to organize, coordinate and run the clinics.

Hands down, taking a trip overseas has a profound impact on our volunteers and is often the first point-of-entry into our ministry.  A large percentage of our volunteers have been on overseas trips and, as a result, have committed themselves to a lifetime of blessing back.
