With your help, we have fully funded the Business Academy in Nicaragua for 2025, thanks to the generosity of a dedicated local business leader. And we were able to provide a life changing surgery for a little boy named Isaac in the Dominican Republic.

As we look toward 2025, we’re focusing on expanding healthcare support in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Nicaragua. Our vision includes a three-tier system to address prevalent health issues in these communities.

Here’s How it Works:

  1. Community Health Promoters (CHPs) act as on-the-ground responders, frequently interacting with patients and identifying when additional care is needed.
  2. Nurse Managers coordinate our CHPs, ensuring efficient patient management and facilitating communication with doctors.
  3. Clinics serve as the final tier. Our goal is to establish permanent clinics in each country, staffed with physicians to provide essential, ongoing care.

 

 

How You Can Help:

This three-tier approach allows us to tackle preventable chronic diseases more effectively, creating lasting positive change. Currently, we have clinics in Nicaragua and Haiti and we plan to establish a clinic in the Dominican Republic.
