We had an eventful trip to the Dominican Republic in January and are excited to share the experience with you! Our medical team traveled to four rural villages, providing care to over 150 patients, while the trip also marked a major milestone for the Bless Back Business Academy. Though brief, the trip was filled with impact.
Our team delivered over 500 pounds of supplies to our clinics in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. These essential materials enable our partners to continue providing high-quality care to their patients, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support their work.
From Dream to Reality: Celebrating Our First Graduates in the DR!
At Bless Back Business Academy, we believe business education fuels lasting economic empowerment. This February, we celebrate a major milestone—the graduation of our first Dominican Republic class in partnership with Mission of Hope International (MOHI).
After four months of learning and one month of project preparation, 19 students successfully completed the program. On January 18, 2025, they pitched their business ventures, and the top five received $800 in grants to scale their businesses!

Eliezer Flores earned a perfect score for his pitch. His rotisserie chicken business grew by 80% in revenue during the 16-week program, demonstrating the power of education and entrepreneurship!
